Creative's patent award could hit Apple (Financial Express)
Maker of portable music players says it has patent covering iPod technology; could go after Apple. Creative Technology, a maker of portable music players, said it was awarded a U.S. patent that applied to Apple Computer Inc.'s iPod and other rivals.
